Lunchbox History Series
The 2016 Lunchbox History Series will start in April and run through October. The event is held the 4th Thursday of every month at noon. Bring a lunch and enjoy a lecture or presentation about various local history topics in our Pioneer Building. Check our Facebook Page and Newsletter for more information!

History Happy Hour at the Hormel Historic Home
We are also continuing in our sponsorship of the History Happy Hour at the Hormel Historic Home. Join us at 6 pm (social time starts at 5:30) the second Monday of each month. Event is free to members of MCHS, the HHH, and the Friends of the Library. $5 cover charge for all non-members. Free snacks and a cash bar is available during the presentation.
MCHS Research Library
This is also a great time of the year to do some historical research, and our research library and archives are open from 10:00am to 4:00pm Tuesday-Friday. Our staff is always happy to assist researchers, but please call ahead to ensure a staff member will be available to assist you.
Note: The Research Library will be closed during Fair Week, August 9-14.
